Returns Policy
What can be returned, when, how and where?
In general, all sales are final, however where an item is not required, or has been ordered incorrectly, we will endevour to assist by providing store credit less a 20% re-stocking fee. All delivery charges for returns to and from P.O.S. Australia are at the expense of the purchaser.
In general, consumable products such as price labels cannot be returned, unless incorrectly supplied against your order. In the case of an incorrect order of paper docket rolls, we'll likely be able to make arrangements on a per item per order basis.
Should P.O.S. Australia have incorrectly supplied an item on an order, we of course will make arrangements for return and replacement with the correct item, at our cost of shipping both ways, via our nominated method, including but not limited to courier, postage or collection in person by a staff member or agent of P.O.S. Australia.
A pre-authorised return can be made within 14 days of purchase provided the goods are in an as-new condition and in most cases, with original packaging .
In the rare circumstance that you need to return items purchased, they can be delivered by courier, post or in-person to our office within the usual returns time period - with prior approval for the merchandise return.
